First Bite | An Opening Dinner by Lagniappe

Join us Thursday, October 15th as Lagniappe opens the 4th Annual Amelia Island Cookout Weekend with the first dinner of the celebration.

For one night, our chefs are building a five course menu around the heirloom grains of Marsh Hen Mill, joined by farmer and miller Greg Johnsman, who is helping bring the South's lost grains back to the table. Expect Louisiana French Creole soul, Southern influenced vision, and that little something extra Lagniappe is known for, all on one unforgettable plate.

Come taste these ingredients, hear the stories behind them, and meet the man behind the grains.
